Profile
Graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and of the Faculty of Law of TU Dresden.
Assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law, where he leads the course Human Rights in Criminal Proceedings. He has long worked on citizenship law, carried out international research in newly established states (Eritrea, Kosovo) and is the national rapporteur for the Czech Republic of the European Union Observatory on Democracy at the European University Institute in Florence. He previously worked as an assistant to a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court.
